Orders & Carriage

• Vanilla b is a trade-only site and proof of trading may be required
• All cards are sold in multiples of 6 (1 unit = 6 cards)
• Firm sale only. We do not supply goods on a sale or return basis under any circumstances
• Carriage in Mainland UK – £9.00 up to £125; free at £125+
• Delivery charges outside of these areas must be quoted separately
• We endeavour to despatch most orders within 1-2 weeks, however when ordering please allow 28 days for delivery
• Any damage or discrepancies must be notified within 7 days

Payment

• For new customers the first order will be handled via a pro forma invoice and goods despatched upon receipt of payment. Cheques may be made payable to Vanilla Bloom
• Credit may be offered to regular customers which will be invoiced with the goods and this becomes payable within 30 days of invoice date
• All Vanilla b products are priced exclusive of VAT, and VAT will not be added to your bill

Retention of Title

• Goods remain the property of Vanilla b until payment is made in full
